InCamp, RFCA's Summer Program


We are a licensed Recreational Camp through the Maryland State Department of Health
and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services.

Incoming Pre-K4 (3 years and 6 months minimum) to
Incoming 6th Graders (completed 5th grade in June 2022)

Dates
June 27, 2022- August 12, 2022 (7 weeks)

Time
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm
Before Care- 7:30am-9:00am
After Care- 4:00pm-6:00pm

Camp Fees
Early Registration (deadline 5/1)- $75/camper or $150/family
Registration (deadline 6/1)- $100/camper or $175/family 

$175/week* for 3.5-5 years (9:00am-4:00pm)
$150/week* for 6-12 years (9:00am-4:00pm)

$25/week for Before OR After Care 
$50/week for both Before & After Care

All weekly camper fees must be paid NLT Monday morning of each week. 
*There will be a field trip fee of $40 on the weeks of Field Trips (5 trips during camp), that will include transportation and any entrance fees. We will post the date, location, and fee of each trip prior to camp. Parents are welcome to participate as chaperones, but must pay the fee.

Weekly Themes!
​Morning: Daily Devotion & Academic Enrichment
Afternoon: Daily Chapel, STEM, Group Games/Sports, Arts & Crafts
Daily outdoor time at Stonehedge Local Park, weather permitting
Field Trips too! 
There will be an afternoon rest time for the younger campers. 
InCamp will provide snacks for campers, parents provide lunches. 


 We will follow CDC, the Maryland Department of Health, and Montgomery County mandates and regulations concerning face masks and social distancing. 

Registration Fee

Once you register, within 24-48 hours an invoice will be sent to you through Brightwheel (the app InCamp/RFCA uses for communication and making payments). Pay it quickly to finish the registration process and reserve your child's spot.
