- Assist in managing the camp environment and ensuring the safety and well-being of campers.
- Plan, prepare, and implement afternoon activities following weekly themes
- Provide an example of Christ to campers and build positive and nurturing relationships with them.
- Assist with recess supervision and lunch duty
- Supervise and ensure safety of campers during after care, field trips and walks to the local park

Job Description:
- Supports the learning center environment.
- Helps with appropriate daily activities for children.
- Establishes and maintains a safe and healthy nurturing environment for children.
- Attend staff meetings, school programs, and in-service trainings.
- Keeps the learning environment clean and orderly by picking up learning materials, wiping tables and chairs, etc.

All Candidates should:
- Have an authentic relationship with Christ and model Christian speech and behavior
- Provide appropriate supervision to children based on their age and development
- Be punctual, committed, and team player
- Have experience working with children in a camp or classroom environment
- Have an ability to develop positive relationships with children
- Use creativity to plan fun, engaging activities for children
- Be proficient with using classroom technology (chromebooks, ipads, projectors, document cameras)
- Have the ability to work with and manage various child behaviors

Students are able to receive Student Service Learning (SSL) hours by volunteering at InCamp. Youth volunteers are needed to:

- Participate in chapel services and encourage younger campers
Adult Volunteer needs:
- Guest Speaker for chapel services
- Lunch Duty
- Afternoon Activity help
- Tutoring campers

RFCA Volunteer Opportunities:
Come and help us teach an elective or two during the 2024-25 school year! All opportunities begin with a mandatory orientation/training. All volunteers must undergo a background check.
